- Outsourcing and management of the Medical Fitness Centre – Al Nasserya
- Outsourcing of tenancy-contract attestation services — new and renewal, clearance certificates, previous years, and the issuance of certified true copies
- Outsourcing of comprehensive suburbs services (parking, Salik, and foodstuffs)
- Outsourcing of rental-dispute services
- Outsourcing of the Sharjah City Municipality drawing studio services (Engineering Sector)
- Outsourcing and management of the Medical Fitness Centre – Al Sajaa
- Outsourcing and management of the Al Thiqah Medical Fitness Examination Centre – Industrial Area 5

The SEWA project launched in 2014, providing consumption-bill payment through nine branches spread across different locations in the Emirate of Sharjah. It is an exceptional, specialised financial project delivering the best payment methods, whether quick payment or financial settlements.
